Description
The SOLiD MDBU_1900P is a plug-in 1900 MHz input module engineered for use with the SOLiD ALLIANCE DAS Base Station Interface Unit (BIU). It enables dedicated downlink and uplink signal processing for the PCS 1900 MHz frequency band (1930–1995 MHz DL / 1850–1915 MHz UL). The module is designed for integration within BIUs that distribute multi-operator wireless coverage across complex environments such as campuses, tunnels, airports, and enterprise buildings.
Each MDBU module provides automatic level control (ALC), advanced filtering, and real-time signal amplification to ensure consistent power output across connected DAS components. Up to four MDBUs can be installed per BIU. Compatible with standard 19" rackmount BIU chassis and monitored through the system’s central management software.
