Shipping Carriers & Methods
  • We primarily ship using UPS and USPS for domestic orders.
  • Carriers are selected based on item weight, destination, and availability.
  • For urgent or express shipments, FedEx service is available upon request; however, buyers must provide a valid FedEx account number
    during checkout.
  • FedEx charges will be billed directly to the buyer’s account. We don't cover or invoice FedEx shipping costs.
  • Please include your FedEx account details in the “Order Notes” section during checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • Oversized or heavy items may require special handling or custom delivery arrangements. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Processing Times
  • All orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Heavy or bulky items, including palletized shipments, may require additional time for preparation.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
  • Products are shipped from multiple warehouses across the U.S., depending on where each seller is located.
  • We use UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage for most domestic shipments, with estimated delivery times of 2–6 business days.
  • Expedited shipping options are available via FedEx for urgent orders. Buyers must provide a valid FedEx account number during checkout. FedEx charges will be billed directly to the buyer’s account. We don't cover or invoice FedEx shipping costs.
  • Heavy or bulky items may require special shipping arrangements. If your order includes palletized equipment or oversized items, please contact us before completing checkout to coordinate delivery.

International Shipping
  • Most products are available for international shipping.
  • Low-profile items and packages weighing less than 70 lbs are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or DHL Express, depending on the destination and service availability.
  • Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total. These charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery and are
    determined by the destination country's import regulations.
  • International delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Local Pickup / Will Call
  • Pick Up / Will Call options are available for eligible items. Please check the product info page for more details.
  • Please check the item location on the product description page before selecting this option during checkout.
  • DAS Deals is a marketplace — orders are fulfilled by independent sellers across the U.S. Not all items are eligible for local pickup.
Packaging & Fulfillment
  • We may use new, recycled, or reused packaging, especially for open-box or used items.
  • All products are inspected and securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
  • Larger or combined orders may ship in multiple boxes or from different warehouse locations.
Tracking & Delivery
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to activate.
