Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 25%, depending on the product. Please refer to the product description for the exact fee.
- Items marked and sold as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before sending items back. Please contact us at cs@dasdeals.com to request an RMA and return instructions.
- Returned items must be sent to the designated warehouse location provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds (minus restocking fee and shipping cost) will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranty Coverage
- Warranty coverage for used, open-box, and surplus products varies between 30 and 90 days. Be sure to check the product listing for exact
terms. Final Sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for warranty. - New items may include a 1-year manufacturer warranty if specified in the listing.
- Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or physical abuse.
