By using the DAS DEALS website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. DAS DEALS is a B2B marketplace serving registered businesses globally, including U.S. and international companies and their official representatives.

1. Limitation of Liability

DAS Deals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Your exclusive remedy is limited to refund, replacement, or repair, at our or the seller’s discretion. Buyers agree to indemnify and hold DAS DEALS and its representatives harmless from claims or losses related to product use or transactions.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees unless clearly stated. Unless otherwise noted, all orders ship FOB from the seller’s warehouse.

3. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected in accordance with applicable state laws. In states where DAS DEALS does not collect tax, the buyer is solely responsible for any applicable use taxes.

4. Warranty

• Warranty coverage for used, open-box, and surplus products varies between 30 and 90 days. Be sure to check the product listing for exact terms. Final Sale items are sold as-is and are not eligible for warranty.
  
• Select new items may be covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are limited to replacement, repair, or refund. Misuse, improper installation, or exceeding product specifications voids all warranties. For more details, visit our Return Policy and Warranty Info page.

5. Export Control

All buyers must comply with U.S. export control laws, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. You are responsible for obtaining required export licenses and ensuring legal use and resale of goods.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, including product data, branding, and design, is the property of DAS Deals or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Technical Advice Disclaimer

Any recommendations provided by DAS DEALS or its sellers are general in nature. Buyers are responsible for ensuring suitability for their intended use.

8. Force Majeure

DAS DEALS is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, material shortages, or transportation issues.

9. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to final acceptance by DAS DEALS. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason, including inventory or pricing errors.

10. Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation unless approved by DAS Deals in writing. Custom or non-stock items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

11. Returns

12. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Most domestic shipments are handled by UPS or USPS. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the item is handed off to the carrier. Buyers are responsible for any insurance or international duties and customs fees.

13. Product Availability & Changes

DAS DEALS reserves the right to discontinue listings or change product specifications without notice.

14. Payment Terms

All payments are in U.S. dollars. Buyer payments are collected at checkout. Seller payouts are issued Net 30 after confirmed delivery and will be sent using the seller’s preferred method.

15. Governing Law (California)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, CA.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DAS DEALS, its partners, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
