The Corning RIU12 is a modular Radio Interface Unit (RIU) chassis designed for high-density DAS deployments. It accommodates up to 12 RF conditioning modules and supports both SISO and MIMO services across a wide frequency range (400–2600 MHz). The RIU12 is ideal for multi-service and multi-operator environments, with seamless integration to Corning’s MobileAccess DAS via BU or OCH connections.
Its compact 4U form factor includes mounting brackets, power cable, and accessory kits, making installation efficient. The unit features hot-swappable modules, automatic gain control, on-board calibration sources, and centralized web-based management through the SC-450 controller.
