The Corning OIM-LC Optical Interface Module is designed for use in the Corning ONE Wireless Platform Optical Interface Unit (OIU). Installed in the OIU chassis, the module converts RF services into optical links for transport across the DAS fiber infrastructure.
The OIM supports three optical links and is used as part of the Corning ONE fiber-based RF distribution architecture for enterprise, healthcare, transportation, stadium, campus, and commercial wireless coverage systems. It supports multi-service DAS deployments including LTE 700, Cellular 850, PCS 1900, AWS 1700/2100, CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, and TDMA services when used with the appropriate Corning ONE platform components.
