The Commscope FWU-00000000HU is a FlexWave™ Prism Host Unit (HU) chassis designed to support multiple FlexWave remote optical modules in distributed antenna system (DAS) architectures. It acts as the central aggregation and interface point, housing signal sources, power supplies, and digital signal processing modules before distributing RF signals to remote units via optical fiber.
This rack-mounted chassis supports modular expansion and high-density deployments across various frequency bands (700 MHz to 2.7 GHz), making it a scalable solution for indoor DAS deployments in venues like enterprise buildings, campuses, stadiums, and transportation hubs.
