The Commscope FWP-8416000MOD FlexWave Prism HDM RF Module is a PCS 1900 MHz remote unit module designed for FlexWave Prism distributed antenna system (DAS) deployments. Installed in a compatible Prism Remote Unit (PRU), this High Density Module (HDM) converts digitized RF signals from the host into amplified analog RF for distribution through DAS antennas, while also processing uplink traffic back toward the host system.
The FWP-8416000MOD is a 20W PCS 1900 non-diversity, single-bay HDM RF module. It is designed for carrier-grade indoor wireless coverage systems used in enterprise, healthcare, transportation, campus, stadium, commercial, and public venue environments. The module integrates RF signal processing, band-specific filtering, duplexing, and power amplification within the FlexWave Prism remote platform.
